Do I Qualify?
You may be able to get Healthy San Francisco (HSF) if you are
ALL of the following:
- Currently living in San Francisco
- Age 18 or older
- Do not have health insurance
- Not eligible for public health insurance programs like Medi-Cal or Medicare
- Living in a household with an income at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Level
