About HSF

Healthy San Francisco (HSF) provides health care for uninsured people who live in San Francisco. HSF makes health services low-cost and easily accessible. The program is managed by the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH).

You must meet certain requirements to take part in Healthy San Francisco. For example, you must live in San Francisco and make at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Level. *Based on your income, you may pay fees for health coverage through Healthy San Francisco.

Customer Service teams are available Mondays–Fridays from 8:00am–5:00pm, except on national holidays.
