HSF Program

Welcome to Healthy San Francisco (HSF)!

HSF offers health care for people who live in San Francisco and don’t have health insurance.

HSF makes health care low cost and easy to access. The program is run by the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH).

You must meet certain requirements to join HSF. For example, you must live in San Francisco and not have health insurance. Based on your income, you may pay a fee as an HSF participant.

Income Eligibility Limits

Have a household income of 500% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) or below
